Mountain Village Hotel

STILL MOVING FORWARD.

Conceptual Sketch PUD approved 5-0 by Mountain Village Design and Review Board on July 22


Now called the "Lot 109R Project." Located in in the northside portion of the Mountain Village core, above the pond. Plans include a 40 room true hotel managed by a flagship operator. The Condo-Hotel project would encompass an additional 88 rooms/condominiums at a maxium height of 79 feet, or 7 stories.

Developed by Juno Development and Randy Edwards with the backing of the Dallas-based investment fund Unity Hunt.

The developer has 12 months to submit a sketch plan. The last 2 steps after that are final DRB and Town Council approvals
